  Not so grand

  “I recently took my Maltese to get groomed. I told them I wanted a short but fluffy haircut. I did not want to see skin. I got back to see what looks like a lab rat. My dog is pink all over and when she was there, somehow her ear was cut at the tip. No one told me and I didn't realize it until I saw the dried blood. I brought the dog back and they argued with me telling me that dogs move and there is nothing they could do. I didn't want anything, I just would have liked to know if something happened and the least they could have done was clean up the blood. Their supposed viewing window has curtains over it that you can't see what goes on in the back. I will NEVER go there again and urge everyone to think twice before going there. I now use a mobile groomer and the dog is done in less than an hour with no cuts.
  Sorry for the long vent, I just feel it is necessary before someone elses dog gets hurt.”
